Hygienic Inline Mixer Homogenizer Operating principles

Main functioning parts of hygienic Inline high shear mixers homogenizers are rotors and stators. Under centrifugal force and hydraulic force caused by fast rotation of the rotor, the stator subject the media to strong shear, centrifugal extrusion, impact rupture, liquid layer friction and uniform turbulence. In this way, the insoluble solid media, liquid media, gaseous media and other media are instantly uniformly fine, dispersed and emulsified.
