Aseptic diaphragm valve Operating principles
● The diaphragm of aseptic diaphragm valve provides the body seal as well as the seat seal. There are no paths to the outside environment, so the valve is suitable for aseptic processes.
● When the valve is being closed, the pressure pad which supports the diaphragm is being moved towards the sealing face of valve body. When the pressure pad is being moved towards the sealing face of valve body, the diaphragm is being flexed and is forced down onto the seat area in the centre of valve body, thus, the valve is closed.
● Mutual relation between valve body and pressure pad prevents over compression to the diaphragm.
● Aseptic diaphragm valve can be opened or closed either manually or pneumatically, also by control unit and solenoid valve.

** In order to achieve perfect self-draining, for long pipeline, the valve is suggested to be installed by α° as below to make sure complete self-draining in the whole system.

● Valve body and diaphragm are available in different materials and versions
● Sealing between lug boss around the valve body and raised ribs at corresponding position of the diaphragm ensure the diaphragm can be sealed well with valve body either the valve is opened or closed. As a result, the valve can be drainable completely and can be cleaned easily, meeting EHEDG design standard.
● Available in all common connection sizes and variants integrated locking
